    Sust250 how often??

    I've just started my first cycle of Sust 250 and currently i'm taking 250mg Thursday/Sunday.
    I know this question has been asked a lot and i have researched it extensively but i still cannot decide whether i would be better doing it twice a week or eod. Everyone seems to have a different opinion!
    Im thinking of going 0.5ml eod just to keep my blood levels more stable (and i kinda enjoy it and had my first shot on Thursday and i cant wait for Sunday).
    Also are my glutes gonna get pretty sore eod? I dont think i'll shoot anywhere else!

    EOD Man EOD... a few of my buddies still run it once a week lol... but believe it or not they do get good gains from running sust this way... but from all the research I have done if I were to run it, it would definately be EOD

    Yeah i have a mate who has only ever taken sust once a week and he seems to get good results. I have always admittaly had quite a poor diet but i've really stepped it up now and im eating big and clean. Hoping that my hard work pays off!!!

    eod will maintain stable blood levels and keeps sides down

    eod or ed. you going to have to learn to shoot other spots. Just get some 25ga 1 inch pins and shoot outerquads and delts. they are painless. You need to do this to avaoid scar tissue buildup. After a while of just glute shots it will be like trying to stick through cardboard. believe me i know. i was scarred of shooting anywhere besides the glute too when i started. now i love the other ones. delts are so painless and quads are easy because you can sit down and relax

    what about the chances of hitting a vein? or somthing even worse...

    y= concentration of plasma's test
    t= time

    to have a more clear idea?

    as for hitting a vein? aspirate every time just to be safe. as for something even worse....like what?
