I was wondering how to take my d-bol?
You see I am planning on doing a bulking
cycle (deca/cyp/dbol) and am wondering
how to split up the doses and when during
the day to take it. I am planning on taking
30mg ED. I heard that I should split it up
into 5mg doses, equally spread out through the
day. So should I take it with my meals, since
I eat every 2-3 hours. If so, do you take it
with food like a vitamin or before like a fat
burner? I also heard that on lifting days to
take all 30mg a half-hour before working out.
What should I do?
