What's up guys?
Thinking about running this cycle what do you guys think?
I have:
8-5ml vials of Ttokkyo Testonon250
2-10ml vials of Ttokkyo Deca300
1-20ml vials of Ttokkyo Winstrol
200-Ttokkyo D-bol (10mg)
Thought I would run it :
Weeks 1-5:
1cc of Testonon250 E.O.D. M,W,F,SUN
1cc of Deca M,W,F
5 pills of D-bol E.D.
Weeks 6-10
1cc of Testonon250 E.O.D. M,W,F,SUN
1cc of Deca M,W,F
1cc of Winstrol E.O.D. M,W,F,SUN
Weeks 11-12
Clomid Treatment
***Nolvadex just in case****
How many cycles do you have under your belt?
IMO....i wouldn't run 900mg of deca per weeks. I would start it at 400mg to see how you will react (assuming this is your first time using). Also i would start the winny a bit later in the cycle like weeks 7-13, that way you won't have much "down time" before starting clomid. Deca takes 3 weeks to metabolize out of the body also....so you can time clomid a bit better. 50mg of dbols is also kinda high (again assuming you are new to this) i would start off at 30mg (maybe even 20) then work my way up in dosage as you feel you can handle it and the sides.

whoa..thats alot of deca. you must have no fear of titties.
That's a lot (deca) if you haven't already guessed it, don't underestimate the sides you may get.

How many mg is winny? Also, 900mg/week deca is steep. 600 will work wonders for most anyone, but even 400 works well first time! What is your experience?

this my 3rd cycle the first 2 were
deca- 400mg aweek
d-bol- 30mg a day
sustanon- 500mg a week
went from 155 to 218 bodyfat was kinda high at 18.7%
current stats
6'1" 205 11% bodyfat
the winny is 50mg
i'll cut the deca down to 600mg
how much do you think i'll gain with a 4000-4500 cal diet cardio 1x a week
500g protein 375g carb 50g fat a day roughly
what is your guys opinion on 2 a day workouts??????
You should see some great gains if everthing else is in place (i.e. rest, training and diet). I wouldn't push myself to do 2 workouts per day bro...even tho your recovery time my speed up while "on" this doesn't mean you can just bust out more workouts in a day.......IMO i would keep it to one per training day....your body will need tons of rest from the heavy stress you will be putting on it........JMO

You gained 63lbs in one cycle... Damn, why change doseges? If you gained half of that this cycle, you should be happy.

so does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this cycle any better maybe swap something for another or dosage differences???
