What is the best way to take the t3 clen keto combo from ar-r . Mg dosage daily, so on......I plan on taking it with test prop and winstrol to keep my muscle gains......please let me know how to take the t3 clen keto combo.....thank you.

I've ran clen and T3 from ar-r , but haven't used any keto. The sprays are 1 squirt=20mcgs for both the clen and the t3, if i remember right. I'm like 99%sure on that. As far as how to cycle it, there are MANy threads out there with example clen/t3 cycles. I prefer 2weeks/2weeks off, ladder cycle up to 120mcgs.

You should definitely lose weight with that combo. I have run the clen /T3 combo and lost weight very fast. I can't imagine adding Keto. Good luck you should see results in no time. I would also go with 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
