for my first cycle im gonna use test e 500mg/wk for 12 weeks.

should i inject it all at once, or split it up into 2 250mg injections. if i split them up can i do them both at the same time? and if its 1 injection a week should i still alternate injection spots?

i was going to use 23ga 1.5 needles for the deltoid shots and 25ga 1 needles for the thigh shots (if i have to)

and nolvadex for 16 weeks at 10mg/day during the cycle and 20mg/day for my pct good?

injections are to be done every 3.5 days. so yes 250 every 3.5 days. always rotate sites. (glutes, quads, delts etc)

i would improve the pct a little. nolva alone isnt very good. perhaps some aromasin . or hcg .

Twice a week is better and rotate the sites.

And its better to use 5/8" for the Delts and 1" for the quads. Save the Nolvadex for PCT you probably wont need it for the cycle, just keep it on hand in case of gyno sides.

Start pct 2 weeks after last injection. Id add an AI to pct and run it 4-6 weeks.

ya i just did my first shot with a 25g 5/8in in my delt and it was painless. 23g 1.5in is a glute shot

no need for the nolva during cycle, unless you start getting sensitive nips or signs of gyno...what is your b/f% by the way?

myself, i like 1 inch for delts and use 1.5" for glutes and quads...on quads i leave it out about a 1/4'' though

so he'll need Nolva + aromasin for pCT? cant he just go with nolva while hes on cycle in case of gyno and for pct juts go with clomid?

My PCT for Test E Iran 12 WK/Cycle as Follows:

I just took turns in each butt Cheek, (Mon/Thur.) 23 G x 1 1/2" and eveything was fine.

Week 1/4 Nolvadex 20/mgs/Day
Week 1/4 Aromasin 25 mgs/Day
Week 1/4 Vitamin E 1000 iu/day

I did not run any HCG , The above PCT was fine for me.

As for HCG, Some people like HCG for pct some dont. Its up to you.

I was asking a question, not telling him to do that. You stated he needed nolva(serm) + a AI so i was asking if he should take aromasin with nolva during pct. But instead of nolva+AI ive read that you can just take clomid and tht would suffice during PCT.

It all comes down to protecting your gains and recovering your HPTA asap.

take his advice, he knows what hes talking about.

pct is incredibly important. you dont want to skimp out on it just because you dont feel "x" compound is worth your time. you will lose almost all your gains without a solid pct
