Looking at your profile, at 5'9" and 150lbs there is a good chance your diet needs review as well if you are hoping to bulk up.

well iv followed 2 different diet plans and eating 3 full meals aday and eating peanut butter in between those along with weight gainer shakes.
i consider my self a true hard gainer, not in strength but in size my strength is way above normal for my bodyweight.

You can replace tuna with any protein source... chicken, steak, tilapia, salmon, turkey, pork, etc

In my protein shakes, i always try to make them at least a 100g worth in them, and now instead of powder only, i'll replace one scoop w/ 3 raw eggs mixed in there...it really helps the taste and texture as well

yeah it does...before i would use skim milk, throw 3 over-filled scoops of protein powder in there and add just a tad of chocolate syrup for some taste and it was always real thick...now i do the same except w/ 2 scoops and 3 raw eggs...if you'll give it a try you wont notice the eggs...i use about 12oz of milk...the eggs make it a lot more liquid so it's not as thick as the protein alone, plus your getting more whole foods...i actually tried swallowing a raw egg whole...wasn't as bad as i expected either..

or it could be i take that in but i dont rest enough like i should 4 hours of sleep anight with a high activity everyday. including gym for a hour, 5 miles of running in the mornings, hockey in the aftermoons for about 2 hours, than the gym at night, could that be the reason? if so ill probably cut out running as i dont see the need sense hockey is just as good.

You're wasting all those calories you eat with both activities....
