I am going to do a Fina/Winny cycle and am getting together all of the ancillaries. Where can I get bromo? Is it an OTC product that I can get at GNC? Also, I have been looking into Milk Thistle and have found several different ones. What is the best MT on the market?
I think Bromo is a controlled substance in the states, but you might be able to order it from an overseas pharmacy. Milk thistle is a herbal supp, most likely available at GNC.

You do need a scipt for Bromo, and to tell you the truth its rather difficult to obtain on the BM in the states...

most people are getting bromo overseas.I have yet to find it inside the US or from a US source.
Don't be too concerned on the brand of milk thistle.Get a reliable brand that is cheapest. I just use vitamin shop.

I found some MT that is 1000mg per cap, a 4:1 silymarin extract. The rest were whole herb at 250mg. Is the concentrated 1000mg as good as the whole herb?
You need to look for the active ingredient, and take how ever many it takes a day to hit your mark...
some say 250 mg...but only 160 is what you really want...
Go with lewd, and just use the vit world....
