I'm planning my upcoming bulking cycle, lookin to put on 20ish lbs. I want to run:
-T-2 @ 400 mg/wk
-TT EQ @ 400 mg/wk
I weight 150 now, but look more like 140. Real thin. I hate the idea of getting fat, but i'll deal with it....
Anyways, I know about winny, but havent studies much on it since it never interested me. Why exactly do you all add winny at the end? To help shred up????
