i am going to take sust. 250 500mg a week should i take 500mg on the same day or take one shot evry 4 days or 1 shot every tues. and one one frieday how should i split up the shots

well, it's actually best to take it every other day, just to keep blood levels high...you could do 1cc Mon. and 1cc Thurs. every week for 10 weeks...what kind of sust are you running? i had good results with Organon amps at 250mg week for 9 weeks...redi-jects are probably the best from what i've heard...basically you need to shoot it every 3 days or so...

it doesnt hurt me that bad. ive been on deca for 5 weeks and sust. 4 4 weeks i have gained 10 pounds so far but that could be because i am eating so much

yea i only have 5 deca left and i was trying to find out if i need to up my dose of sust i have been taking it every 5 days also at my last 2 weeks of sust. i have 15 winny shots to start

i had 15 deca 100mg,15 sust. 250mg 15 winny 50mg,clomid and nolvadex
now i have 5 deca 10 sust 15 winny and nolv. and clomid when do i need nolvedex

You should have ran the Deca and sus at the same time bro.
And the winny of course at the end for the last 2 weeks but you should have gotten more Winny.
You don't need Nolvedex unless u get symtoms of gyno.
I would say just keep taking the sus @ 500mgs per week.
Save the 15amps of Winny for the next cycle....2 weeks of winny e/d isn't enough to get the results your looking for.
Next time plan your cycle out better.
One more question: Who told u to take the deca and Sus like this?

yeah what i usually do with sus is take it twice a week. monday and thursday. monday 250mg and thursday 250mg... my ass seems to get used to the pain in weeks 7. but before that, it hurts like a biooooootttccchhhh!!!!!!
