Whats good to tighten the abdominal skin? I still have some loose skin from dropping a 40 waist to a 33 real quick, most of which has gone aw3ay with time but now i cant seem to finish it off. Is there anything i can shoot to the skin that works? And where the heck do you get clomid at the pharmacy?
you cant goto a pharmacy and buy clomid otc...at least i cant. =P and bump on the skin tightening thing...

i used 2 bottles and ala and I cant say the words melt come anywhere close to my mind, but I would agree it does work but not to tighten skin its not for that its best for losing estrogen related body fat

can you use the yohimburn at any time or only when cutting? i really want to use it on my chest and abs but i want to pick the time that would give me the best results.

Used at night on mid section then wrap saran wrap around your mid section to tighten and keep the prep h from coming off on to your bed at night!

hey i did the prep h thing in the sun at the beach. It worked awesome, you have to see all the water that comes out of your gut when you lay out it in the sun.
i've heard preparation H worked too, cant say if there is any truth to it or not=\
prep h is localized for reducing water retention, it will work to reduce water and appear tighter but it has no properties to tighten skin as in physically give the skin elastisity.
Yohimburn does work I guess I got to say but I have alot of estrogen related fat and its far from gone or melting away with the use of it.
Surgery was an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) yes it works but it hurts and its not perfect and its expensive.
gh is growth hormone yes
