Juice for a newbie?? Check this out!!!
So I go into the gym I work out and start talking to a guy I have know for some time. I see he is getting a bit too bloated so I ask what he is taking. Well he goes on to tell me that his trainer(new trainer that just started to work there) put him on a cycle of test 600mg/wk. I know this kid had worked his ass out in the gym before like 3 yrs ago, but stoped lifting for about 2 yrs. So I ask him about anti-e's he doesnt know what in the world im talking about, and neither did this piece of shit trainer. I ask him about his diet and he tell me what diet, the trainer told me to just eat eat eat.:confused: I then ask him how long he had been lifting after starting to lift again before juicing, he tells me immediately after:unsure: . Man I tell you, this kid had no knowledge of what the hell he was doing, the piece of shit trainer was clueless as well. So I the kid is already on his 7th week, getting a bit bigger, and I'm rumbling to his trainer and to him, that they are both idiots, the kid for putting shit into his body he has no knowledge of, and this piece of shit trainer that adviced this kid into doing juice without he himself having knowledge. Maybe im ranting here, but this is just nuts.
