help write small cycle

because of my job and girlfriend i have to be sneeky with putting on weight but here is all the gear i have and all i will have for this cycle so please don't say "wait till you get more" just help me with what i have. i'm 25, 6'5, 220, 15%bf. i'm looking to add a few lbs of lean muscle and drop some bf% first cycle was this year primo only 400mg wk.
gear: 10 nile sus250
bottle of cynomel 100 25mcg tabs
omifin (clomid) 30 50mg tabs
bottle of steris hcg (10,000 iu)

i know i got the same answer at BSS. its a downside to small towns. well i was just going to do 1 amp a week but didnt know how to cycle in the cytomel and when to start the clomid and hcg . that was my main concern.

What do you want to hear? ...
You take one amp of the Sustanon a week. You can run the T3 with it... but make sure to taper up and back down(http://www.anabolicreview.com/vbulle...=&threadid=766). The Clomid at the end of your cycle... and I don't think you will need the HCG with the amount of test your using! You will not be happy with the results either.

I would not run a traditional t3 cycle with only 250mg/w test. I would run 12.5mcg 5 days out of each week, starting in week 3 and stopping in week 10. Clomid three weeks after your last shot of sus. You can run the HCG wiht the clomid if you run nolva with it. Otherwise I would ditch the hcg for the time being.
