    Pinning hammys???

Alright, so like 86.75468% of the weight lifting world my hammys are a little behind my quads developmentally speaking and I was wondering if anyone has ever successfully pinned their hammys before on this board, and where they have pinned them.

Obviously I'm looking to pin IGF-1 and not AAS but I just want to see if anyone's got experience.

Are you trying to use spot injections to bring up your hams?

    That's the plan.

I'll likely be alternating calves/hams/glutes on leg days and alternate all my delts on shoulder/arm days and then hit traps on back day and obviously chest on chest day.

    All pinned immediately PWO

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews out there on igf1 and spot injections. I personally don't believe in spot injections unless it is synthol. I could see some confusion coming from temporary inflammation after injecting..I would say just start killing the hams in your workouts. Lunges and leg curls have done wonders for me.

Now that I think about it more, I would say stay away from trying to pin the hams all together. Your sciatic nerve runs down that way and that could be bad news..

Go ahead those are some painful spots, start with the calf.

By the way muscle specific injections do not make that muscle grow, do some research.
