Question Anyone know anything about NSAID's??

Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs? I was put on them when I injured my shoulder about 10 months ago. I'm hopefully going to start lifting again soon...and still have 3 refills left....would there be any advantage to taking them b4 I work out? Or vice versa? Thanks!!!

I don't think anti-inflamitories have any benefit in muscle growth.

I'm well aware of that. I meant as a NSAID...to prevent my shoulder from getting irritated. I also read that taking something like that b4 working out is good...i forget exactly why tho. Read it in an AST article...taking like ibuprofen b4 you lift...i cant really recall...maybe someone else will be able to tell us.
