    Milk Thistle?

    i have heard this help your liver, but can someone tell me actually what it does.is it worth buying it, and what should i take it with and when should i take it, currently on test cycle, just started on friday, then i have 50mg of winny after the T400. Any suggestions of what i should change or is this a pretty good cycle
