Help needed with sustanon!

hey guys,
i got a few quick questions about sustanon 250. I have never taken steroids before so this will be my first. I am 21 years old, 5 foot 8 and 160 pounds. I was wondering if 500mg's per week for 8 to 10 weeks would be a good cycle. Also if these dosages only come in 250 mg amps then should i take 2 shots a week to achieve the desired 500mg dosage. Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but like i said before i am a novice. Also, is it bad to drink when doing a cycle?

you've got the same question going there for a while bro.....This is what my first cycle consisted of:
Week 1 - 3: 30mg d-bol / day
Week 1 - 8: 250mg sus / week

I know it was a light cycle but my gains were awesome. I went from 174 to 200 andm y bench went from 300 - 360. I was always slim and by body fat was always real low.

i'm running 500mg of sust myself right now bro. run it for 10wks. do 2 shots per week.

I'm waiting to start my first cycle i have Ttokkyo sust 4-5ml vials, 60 tabs of clomid i need to get deca and some nolvadex, That is the only reason i haven't started yet... I don't want to start off half ass!
