will doing cardio while on acycle increase heart size??

Will doing cardio like running og power walking increase heart size ?? I´ve heard that doing cardio while juiceing was not recomended, but i´ve heards of guys doing it to keep the bloat and fat due the extra calorie intake at a minimum. Every post is welcome this seems to be an enigma for nearly every body i´ve asked, so i come to you the veterane bb-ers for addvice.
