    Cool Final Help with my first cycle

    Okay, I'm almost ready to do my first cycle. I'll give you guys the breakdown of everything, and you tell me if there's anything I left out. I want to make sure I have all the small details right before I start.
    Thanks for the help guys.

    10 week cycle to commence sunday oct/15
    35mgs/dbol /4 weeks
    400mgs/deca /10 weeks
    500mgs/sust/10 weeks
    -I will begin everything at once
    -shots will be taken on Sundays, and Thursdays
    -I will mix 250mgs sust with 200mg deca in one syringe ( Right?)
    -dbol taken 2 morning, 3 after workout, 2 evening. (Right?)
    -I have clomid to be used 3 weeks after last shot
    -I have Nolva on hand incase signs of Gyno appear
    -My diet, rest peroids, and workouts are sound
    -I will also be taking 20gs glutamine/day, lots of protien powder,multi-vits, and vit C.

    Okay, I think that's about it. Any last help guys especially on the 2 (Right?) questions.

    Excellent! I'm glad I have this almost figured out. I was guessing on the times to take the dbol , so maybe I'll try your 2 hour way.

    It looks solid. I take d-bol 3 times a day. Wouldn't hurt to do every two hours, but imo it is a pain in the ass. Enjoy and keep us posted

    I take dbol every 3-4 hours. But I take more a half hour or so before I hit the gym.

    35mg looks like a good quantity, depends on the invidual. Some people bump it to 35-40-50. Really up to how your body reacts to it.

    I definitely felt it more when I upped from 30 to 40mg.

    Just my 2 cents.
