Do you think my Doses are too low???

I'm 6'1 @ 191 lbs running 400 mg test enan and 300 mg deca /wk for 10 weeks. I'm right now in the second week, and I'm starting to wonder if I should have knocked up the doses to 600 mg test and 400 mg deca. Since its my first cycle, I think I should still see good results with minimal shutdown in the post-cycle. But I'd love to hear some opinions from the senior bros! The workouts are definitely more intense, but I keep hearing mixed opinions on my cycle. I'm supplementing 2 times/wk

bump the deca to 400 and thats it ,dont touch the test .its your first see how your body reacts to it ,u have plenty of time down the road to try more .if u get good resau;lts with those doses why up it ?if it aint broke dont fix it .bro when when your shut down your shut down .eat and train and it will come !

big N, thanks bro. I didn't really think I needed to raise the doses, I'm just checking with the big bros to make sure i'm not wasting my cycle by underdosing. My main concern was about all the rumors I hear about TT underdosing.

No, those dosages aren't too low. Big N said to raise the deca to 400 mg. That may make a difference, but it might not too. Try it if you want.

since this is your first cycle those doses should give you some nice gains. You are only on week 2, give it a couple more weeks bro, you'll like what you see. :D

Whats up rampage? Good to hear you started you cycle and hope you get your clomid and hcg soon. I like this combo but the more test the more the side effects you may experience in your first cycle. Your body has virgin receptors and will really take to the moderate dosages. A little d-bol could have given you a jump start, but maybe since this was your first, you could try something different and throw a little anavar in the middle to end of your cycle to keep your strength gains. I think it's good to start off with a light cycle and do a stack of low side effect esters. I like the idea of tip toeing into a cold lake rather than jumping in. I like your cycle as is, maybe add a little anavar, and you gotta get your post cycle therapy asap

Its ok bro! Don't even worry about it; self injecting isn't that bad, just takes a little getting used to. Once you do it a couple times, it gets really easy. Except for that 5 minutes prior to it, that is. As far as the girl goes........................... Dunno what to say. Sex before sleep never helped me sleep, it just lead to more sex and less sleep. Maybe that's because of my age. If you need some good porno sites, I'm sure some of the bros can help out!!! just kidding! My advice, goto a couple bars and refill your HO-llodex

Dude, I self injected my first 2 cycles, but it sucks because my thick ass has trouble bending around to do a glute shot so I end up doing quads and delts,,, Delts hurt...
maybe I'll call her,, little dinner, some flowers,,, and I'mback in the saddle!! ;)

Whats up bro. Im doing the same cycle as you with the addition of some Reforvit-Bs and I was wondering the same thing you are. But like all the other bros are saying, I think its a good idea. Not to mention 300mg of Deca and 400mg of test enanth w/ some dbol was really all I could afford. I think Im kind of prone to sides so this really is a good first cycle for me. Keep us posted on your progress. I'll be starting my Deca/Test/dbol cycle in a week or two. What kind of gear are you running? Im using Ttokyo for both liquids, Ive heard good things about them. BTW, is that a Z28 in your picture?

z28 - well, actually that's an SS in the picture, but I guess its a z28 too. Your cycle is identical to mine; same manufacturer and all. Keep me posted on the results too!

Yeah, the z28's are probably a better deal, but at the time I didn't feel like doing an upgrade kit or anything. Now that I look back, I wish I would have put my money into a timed mutual fund. anyways...

durbin22, thanks bro, Its actually going pretty well so far. I have gained a few lbs, and very minimal water retention. I'm in the mid-week 3 and I can notice that my bi's are getting a little tighter, and more intensive workouts. I like!

If I didn't have a thing against dbol, I would have felt this boost earlier, but patience is a virtue!
