Best time to take Fina?

I'm about to start a Fina/Winny cycle and was wondering what is the best time of the day to shoot my Fina (first thing in the morning, mid-day, evening). Also, I have 10mg winny tabs and will be taking 5 a day, should I take them all at once or spread them out over the course of the day?

I have seen alot of people lately say it is best to take it in the morning or early afternoon so you can sleep better at night. Don't know about the half life of winny so I can't help ya there.

I think I heard due to fina's half life it is best to shoot it about 6hrs before you hit the gym....I could be mistaken as I read it a while ago.

Winnie's half life is 36 Hours from what I've heard..

If it is 36 hours then it's cool to take them all at once, right?

Not sure if it's true or not but I've heard that winny tabs half-life is only like 9 hours or so. I'd have to say spread 'em out during the day just to play it safe.

Spread the winny out. Say 30mg in the morning and 20mg in the afternoon.

I don't think shooting fina a certain time of day makes any difference bro. I'm on fina now and i just shoot the same time each day and that is in the morning before i shower.

I'm not sure of the half-life in winny, but the metaoblizing life is 8-12 hours, therefore dose the winny EVENLY throughout the day for more stable blood levels.......JMO.
