    OK i researched DNp for a while, im 19yrs 5'10 15%bf 195 pounds, i just bought 22 vials of liquid DNP im gonan freeze them and then swallow the ice cube, i will be taking 200mg for like a week and half and then 400mg for the rest of the second week, im just not sure about a few things, maybe you guys can help me

    What vitiams do i need to take??

    What time would i take this ice cube?
