Need First Cycle Advice!!!!!

HEY I AM NEEDING A LITTLE INFO ON THE DOSES I NEED TO TAKE FOR
MY FIRST CYCLE. HERE'S WHAT I HAVE:
TTOKYO DECA 300ML/MG
TEST 400
DENKALL D-BOL TABS
I'M 6'4", 220LBS.

You'll get quite a few opinions on how much to take for how long, but I would suggest one shot of each once per week for about 8 weeks... I'm not an advocate of long or high dose cycles unless one is already at the advanced or competative level. Take the dbols to front load, or throughout the whole cycle, depending on how many you have.

I mostly agree with Samoth. With the dbol, I would front load it for the first 4 weeks of the cycle. 35mgs/day seems to be the most common beginners dosage of dbol.

how many dbol tabs do you have? i always go for the longer in duration cycles like 10-12 weeks. how many bottles of test, and deca do you have??

Don't front load D-bol. It would put your liver off to a bad start.

Get some Clomid.

You could front load the test or deca but as a first cycle and only 170lbs it may not be needed... or wait... your profile says 5'8" 170 but your post says your "I'M 6'4", 220LBS" - either you are on way to much Growth Hormone or...

If your 6'4" - you are a big boy and seem to have achieved good natural results... and front loading (double dose the first week) the Test and Deca at 800 and running at 400 each would make sure you saturate your receptors and jump start results... what is you B/F?

my b/f is probably between 16-20%. too much beer!!!!
