I recover so damn quick when I'm on 700+mg test a week that I probably could hit the same muscle every other day and grow, but I still rotate and fit in all muscle groups twice a week and take 1 day off, usually saturdays..
you need to rest whether you are on gear or not...you do not grow in the gym...you grow out of it
how many days per week i take off depends on how i feel. my training split is;
chest
back
shoulders
bi's&tri's
legs
sometimes i take 2 days off , sometimes i work right through. i go day to day using how i feel to determine whether or not i train.
yea bro, depends how much sleep and rest you get. If you dont sleep 8-10 hours a night you need to take at least 2 days off a week. Overtraining is still possible while on AS in my opinionQuote:

I make sure to take one day off while on cycle... even though I hardly ever feel like I need it! I just make sure to get more than enough rest.
