post cycle HELP again please

Ok i got 30 clomid for my post deca cycle and was wondering if i should throw some nolvadex in there or if its not necessary. i know deca shuts down your test production hard but all the clomids i could get was 30. i have access to like 20-30 nolvadex also if i really need it. i was planning on taking the clomid like this, 100mg for first 10 days and 50mg for last 10 days, possible 1 nolvadex added on each day? i have gained almost 20 pounds off this cycle and really would like to keep my gains as best possible. please let me know what you guys think.

Nolva won't really do anything
Clomid 150mg 1 day
100mg 10 days
50mg 10 days

For that you would need 33 forget the 150mg and run it at 100/50mg for 20 days

would it be worth ordering some liquid clomid so i could have enough for a full 40 days worth since deca shuts you down so hard?

I heard that running NOLVA and CLOMID post cycle will help not only to keep your gains but to bring natural test levels up faster than just clomid alone. I know there are conflicting views on this and as I have not done this I was wonderning if there is truth in this?
