agree with rickson

but i will say my wife took 5mgs of winny per day with great results and did not effect birth control. i would start her at 5mgs and as long as no sides then go upto 10

sides from winny include hair growth on face if too much,deepness in voice if too much,and clitorial enlargeness if too much. there will be some enlargening and senstivity from winny but that is a good side effect
