2cc per should be fine.
ive put 3 in my delts before but i have thick shoulders, ive read 3-4 in any bodypart, i dont really think there is a set limit...what i generally observe is this:
delts 2-3
biceps triceps 1-2
chest 1-2
quads 2-3
glutes 3-4
