    Winstrol Eq Stack

    Right now I have 50 mg of Winistrol and 20mg of Equipose, I am 6,1 205lbs and wondering what would be a good stack for the amount I currently have. I also have anti-e's about 20 clomids.

    50mg of winstrol is one days worth. 20mg of eq is ~1/20 of a weeks worth. Are you sure that's what you have or do you mean 50ml? Take a closer look.

    yes I made a mistake it meant 20 ml equipose and 50ml of winstrol .

    Is this youir first cycle? How is your training experience level? How old are you? How is your diet? What are your goals? These answers will help us provide a better answer. That being said I would recommend the following:

    weeks 1-10 EQ @ 400mg/week
    weeks 4-12 winstrol @ 50mg/eod
    week 13 start clomid (you will need a few more tabs)

    I am 21 my diet has been great for the past few months I went from 235 in June to 204 right now, I am hoping to get cut looking. My training is going well I work my arms, chest, shoulders ever other day, my abs everyday, along with 45+ min of cardio a day.

    as for training my backs and legs I am a rower and constantly on a ergometer which mainly focuses on backs on legs, secondly I do back with the use of weights. Right now I have not used actual weights for my legs besides squats.
