Got acne? Vit B5 works wonders!

Hey brothers...I know alot of ya get acne from the juice. And Ive been trying something that a few of ya might have heard about. Its called Vitamin b5 or usually called Pantothenic Acid. Its natural..water saluble and really works. Some say better than Accutane. You take 10g a day for a month to two months..then you lower it to between 2 to 5 grams a day. Listen to your body. If your taking the starting 10g a day. Break it up into 4 doeses a day. B5 lowers your oil production and also makes your pores smaller and skin tighter and smoother looking. people been taking this for years me included yes it works, i would not say 10g per day though, maybe start at about 4g and drop down to 2g maintenance

u should get it cheaper than that, its like 5$ for 100 x 500mg caps maybe i might be wrong its just a guess ok i did a little search for u 1000mg x 100 caps 1795

i managed to get some today from gnc.

its £4.95 for a bottle of 30 or £10.95 for 50 (different brands)

there not down as b5 there down as Pantothnic acid.

This ish works awesome!

Ok i have the worst acne and my face is disgustingly oily and b-5 clears me up pretty good and drys my face a bit. I give it two thumbs up

i get my b-5 from my multivitamin from.. yes.. GNC. lol hey it was cheap, plus it was buy one get one half off :D but yeah it's helping my skin out quite nicely, not a magical cure but it's helping

it did wonders for me, ive takin accutane and b5 and b5 works much faster plus you don't get all red faced like you do from accutane or health risks. i know the article said 10 g a day but i only take one gram a day and it is fine, but i don't have bad acne, just a few bumps her and there. i would say 3 to 5 g a day for bad acne i get mine from gnc. 12.95 for 500 mg of 60.
