fat or gyno?
ok so i have been working out for about a year and a half, and the thing is that at one point my tits were sliming down but lately they have gotten more plump i guess you could say. Now im thinking if there bitch tits which im afraid of or if its just fat. I plan on doing a cycle being that im 23 and feel eventually i will but i want to make sure that im not prone to gyno, even though i'd using being letro during the cycle and clomid and novladex during pct. I was thinking of proviron during also. Now i checked out some sites with men who have gyno and i don't feel im anywhere where they are. please look for yourself and let me know. other gyno men ( http://www.gynecomastia.org/content/...ogallery.shtml )

Do you have any more pics? I would have guessed your bf to be a bit more than that.

No way. I have a friend that is chubby at 25.3% and the person in the picture has to be pushing beyond 30%.
To the thread starter: do not do a cycle at this size. You need to get down to a much lower body fat like 10-12% before bulking. At your size, if you cycle, you can get gyno and not even know it.

I would get them suckers check by your doc.
I think they are big enough to turn on some of the guys here.

Agreed!
But that was undoubtedly "THE" most modest self-reported bf % I've ever heard, and obviously a guesstimate rather than a measurement! I'm not disputing your "about a year and half" working out duration, but don't let time serve as a barometer. Some guys work out their entire lives and make little or no change for various reasons. So rather than gauging with longevity, let improvement (weight loss, bf loss, and measurements) be your barometers. There is no reason to be considering a cycle at your current size/bf. Do some hard natural work first, it'll not only improve your aas results, but also prep you for the type of output expected during cycle.Master Pai Mei of the White Lotus Clan

Get seen by a doc, drop BF before even thinking of a cycle, but IMO I am thinking gyno. I could be way off but the development of the chest looks to be in line with gyno.

rana, i agree with your statement..it looks like gyno, but not to much.do you have a lump behind your nipple dude? are they sensative/easily bothered? if any sense of those i'd say its gyno, but to be for sure, just go see your doc to know where you stand
