    7lbs in 5 days

    I weighed my self at the gym monday and was 161.... PISSED cause i lost 14lbs over the past two months from poor diet. But since I started TEST E monday and had two weeks of awesome dieting before i have now gained 7 lbs and I and tell just a little its in my chest and arms. Not a big difference but I can tell with a couple shirts I wear. can feel a difference i mean.

    Just super stocked and Happy as all hell!

    Question. If I kept my cardeo up like playing hella basketball and wakeboarding on the lake will that keep me from getting bigger if I keep my diet up high and work outs intense?

    My teste didn't even kick in until mid 2nd week. I think up until this point the gains are mainly from your diet.

    Test is usually around the 3-4 week, you taking anything else?

    24 years old 5'9 167lbs Second cycle.

    See guys this happened the first time i took test. I gained a pound a day for 7 days then grew more and more... I think my body loves it.

    I know it is alot with my diet but i think because im mentally excited im just working harder... Maybe or maybe not. I just cant wait till week 10 to see what I have come up with

    You're watering up. Muscles will start to grow after the 3rd/4th week.

    ok cool. Just curious. today I did back and calves. and i use wrist straps and my arms looked nice.... damn water! hahaha

    ya, you can account 5-10lbs of just water weight. i can fluctuate 5lbs easily from water if i have a bad day and don't stay on my intake. i would say a couple pounds from diet and a few from water.

    also, why wrist straps? if you use natural grip from the start of your growth you'll naturally develope a strong grip. if you use straps from the start hten you'll struggle once you start deading 300+lbs and it's hard to go back down in weight to develope the grip. it also helps you form better forearms.

    Thats true, but you can also lift more weight with the straps so you can sacrifice a grip increase with nice strength gains from being able to add more weight

    Muscle memory is great and with every workout you will progress.

    I only use the straps because my grip gets weak after awhile. I dont like using gloves or anything like that, The straps were on sale at DICKS Sporting goods so I jumped on and and normally use them for pull downs.
