how's this for a post-cycle recovery plan??

I'm in week 10 of a 12 week cycle:

500 mg test e: 1-12
400 mg deca: 1-12
35mg dbol ED: 1-4

I have nolv., ldex, clomid, hcg, and cell tech on hand.

Nolv: taking 20 mgs EOD until end of clomid
Ldex: taking 0.5 mgs ED until end of clomid
Clomid: 3 week therapy 3 weeks after last shot

How's that???

And, 3 Questions:

Cell tech: start day after last shot?
HCG: My balls are fine, no atrophy here...should I even use this now or save it until next cycle?
Food: Should I increase my calories by 500 or so ED (which would put me around 4,000/day) so I don't lose my gains? I put on 23 lbs so far and I want to keep as much as possible!!!

You win't need the HCG on a cycle that short most of the time so if the balls are fine--save it


On the diet. YOu should be above maintanance right now on cycle for gaining, so I would say no to increasing the calories to prevent fat accumilation.


I would start the cell tch at clomid.
