Started out alittle chunky. It's in my genes but my crappy diet had a lot to do with it. No doubt though, I would be a little porker if I wasn't working out all the time.

I was 200lb as an 8th grader. I didn't lift, except food into my mouth. I lost all the weight my sophmore summer went down to 148lbs at 5'11. I was skinny. Started to train, I weigh 190 right now at 7% bf. You can do anything you put your mind to bro.

At my worst I was 26 215lbs at around 20% + bf. Now 31yrs old 208lbs at 13% bf. I've been bulking for the last 8 months so the bf has gone up a few points. The price we all pay.

right on thanks for the replies everyone. now how many of you lost the weight naturally (through just diet and exercise) vs using diet "aids" (AS, ECA, NYC.. )?
