hey guys, here is a question for ya. I have been out of the gym for about 2 1/2 months, finally got back to the gym this week and have been hitting it hard. So hard i can barely whipe my ass... i have about 15 years under my belt in the gym and have done 1 whimpy cycle and a couple of good ones with good gains (20lbs each)

my question is being back in the gym i am really tearing up my muscles, is it a good time to start a cycle this early or should i wait for a bit?

i'm dedicated to the gym, was only off because i bought a house and the birth of new baby, so i know im going to continue with it. my cycle would be as follows, (this cycle is with the help of this forum)

Sust weeks 1-10 500mg wk
EQ weeks 1-10 400mg wk
D-bol weeks 1-4 35mg ed
Winny weeks 8-12 5omg ed (if it ever comes in)
Clen weeks 6-16 off and on every two weeks 100mcg ed
t-3 weeks 6-14 the 5/45/55 taper

little clomid and nolvadex on hand.

stats 34 y/o 5'8", 195 lbs approx bf 20%
my workout consits of every other day (due to schedule, see profile)
chest/tris
back/bis
shoulders/hams
legs
abs every day, calves every other
