Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) HELP!

Yo guys, I'm just finishing up a 5week cycle of havoc, and I've had gyno surgory once and I realize that havoc has the chemical estandiol in it so you can't get gyno from it. But I went out and bought tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex ) Just to make sure because it is a sure thing that you cant get gyno with this PCT. So it came in the mail in a liquid vial which was not marked. So im going to go buy a dropper that is marked up. How many milligrams per day and how long should I last on the Nolvadex? Not familiar with Havoc's profile, but it either will or won't promote gyno so you should find out for sure. If the latter, no need for Nolva, if the former you'd do better to use an AI.

As for Nolva dosing, this would be contingent upon the Havoc's profile and again AI's are better here. How long your Nolva will last at a given dose is a mathematical equation:

Total mgs / mg interval dosing = number of doses or days

FYI I was reading up on nolva today and read that it can actually make pre-existing gyno worse and it was recommended to stack clomid with aromasin . I was planning on getting some nolva but decided against it as I have gyno from my teenage years.
This wasn't a medical study I read mind you, just someone's recommendation, but given the consequences I made a note of it for my records
