    cardio post cycle? yes or no

    ok i just finished a 10 week deca only cycle (2weeks of winny did nothing) and gained like 19 pounds, i have been using clomid for about 1 week now and my question is is it ok to do some AM cardio before eatting w/ some hydroxycut in the morning because i just ate 1 whole medium pizza and im feeling guilty about it. will this cardio risk some losing some hard earned muscle or what? any advice please. also what sort of intensity do you guys think it sound be?

    5'6 1/2 maybe 5'7", 148lbs, 12%.

    You should avoid all cardio immediately coming off cycle. This is when your body is most catabolic. You need to keep your diet up to keep from losing some gains. BTW, I wouldn't feel guilty eating a whole pizza. Your only 12% bf.

    i think you should be fine with some light cardio in the mornings, as long as you have your diet, training and post cycle regime sorted out, just dont go overboard. remember a high intensity workout will be more catabolic than a brisk walk so take it easy in the gym, now is the time for moderation

    IUf you did deca and are only 12% bodyfat, It sounds like you are bulking. I would skip the cardio for now as sampson said. Your body is in a very catabolic state right now, and cardio will make you lose fat as well as muscle. Try to keep the diet up and keep lifting!

    How long should one wait until returning to there regular training..ie heavy lifting, and cardio?
