    Post Testosterone for mass gain?

    Hey everyone,

    I've been working out for a few months now and I can definitely see some definition but I can't pack any mass. I've been following a diet program and consuming whey protein but I can't gain any weight. Is there anything you guys can recommend for muscle mass gain? Someone told me to take testosterone pills but I'm not sure if that will do the job. Any suggestions?

    Working out for a few months huh? You are NOT READY FOR AAS. I don't want to sound like a jerk, but you need to get your diet in check, and keep working out. Take it slow and natural for a while man.

    go to the diet section and post up what you consume on a daily bases. i am willing to bet that is where you problem is.

    I thought it was hard to put on weight to until I started eating about 5000 calories a day
