What's Better for PCT Clomid or Nolvadex

I'm about to start another cycle, i have yet to purchase my pct, i was wondering wich one i should go with?? I'm only running a short cycle of m1t and will probably run anavar at 20mg/day with clomid/nolvadex fo pct. apreciate replies. thnx

its my birthday, i'm 19, about 5'8", 185, 10-12% body fat, bench 320, squat 420, my goal is to gain 10 pounds of solid muscle when all is said and done, so i'm going to supplement with ensure plus, when i did that before i could gain a good 5 pounds every two weeks, but it wasn't all muscle, so i figured between the m1t and ensure i should gain atleast 15 pounds and lose 5 during pct without losing any strength thnx to anavar , but my body fat percentage should drop a couple points
