i am just looking for some advise on how long steroids stay in your system and what are the best steroids for me to go on as i am only a beginner that has been training for around a year. (dont want to get to big as i am only of a small build now)

eat very wel as of my job role,
been training for around a year,
age 20
5.11 height
my goal is to get around 13 and halfstone currently 12 ish,
my bf% is very low unsure of the ammount but i am a runner wanting to get big

Your to young for steroids and you havent been training long enough, you can damage your own hormonal system up, which isn't something you should be doing in your early 20's
