    Question B-12 + Sust+ Deca= OK to do?

    I just got some B-12 in today, and wanted to do it with my Deca / Sust injection. I was gonna start by doing this once a week. Is it OK to mix these together? Is 1 ml of B-12 (1000mg/ml) once a week too little, too much, or just right? I did a search and It seemed that once a week was the concensus. Thanks bros

    i use it once a fortnight but thats just me, it will mix ok with those 2, i have mixed it with allsorts it goes in ok

    I was getting ready to start a thread on B-12 injections myself...

    Just curious from those of you that have used B-12 injections if you notice a boost in energy levels?

    Did 1ml/ B-12, 1ml/sust 250, and 1/ml deca 300 this AM- all three in the glute. Seemed fine, and my Glute dosent hurt at all, almost feels weird not to be sore. Maybe it will be worse tomorrow? I'll let you know. Not sure about the energy level thing, I feel the same today

    I'm a day out and the injection site does not hurt at all. I think the B-12 really helped with the sust pain. I am ussually pretty sore for a about 2-3 days. I will continue to use the B-12 in the future!

    Well I did an injection yesterday w/out the B-12 and there was a definate difference. I am sore today. B-12 on the next one for sure.
