Hey I was just wondering what would happen if you took one 5 mg tab of d bol a little bit before your workout. for only one day just to see the effecys of energy boost it has.
A. Will you feel it or would it do anything?
B. could this be a bad thing to do like for yourself?

Don't think it would do anything but it shouldn't hurt you either. Just a waste of a dbol.

It takes me 2-3days at 4xDay to start seeing effects
It would do nothing like rickson said it takes a lot more than that for me to even feel the effects.Just dose throughout the day I have found this to be most effective for me.
