Iran nandrolone decaonate???

I got a gear from Iran,nandrolone decaonate but the fact is,It writes 1ml on it including 25 mg non. decaonate also???what does it mean?Some people say that this 25mg non. deca of Iran product is as good as 100 mg.ml Deca-durabolin.Comments please!!!!!
