    Can you guys look at my next cycle?

    Hey guys just finished my firt cycle of Deca /Sust and start clomid in a week. I am planning my next cycle for January, and have started to collect the gear. This is what I had in mind, what do you think?

    Week 1-6 Fina@75mg/ed
    Week 1-6 Winstrol @50mg/ed
    Week 1-6 Prop@75mg/ed (if I can find some)
    Week 1-6 T3
    Week 1-2 Clen
    Week 3-4 ECA
    Week 5-6 Clen

    Start clomid 2 days after last injection.
    Day 1-300mg
    Day 2-7-100mg
    Day 8-21 50mg

    I would be droping calories to about 2000-2500/day, but keep protein at about 250-300g/day. Would also be doing cardio for 30min 4 times a week. What kinds of gains can I expect, I would like to losy about 5-6% body fat and gain about 10-15 pounds of lean mass, is it possible.

    You cycle looks fine, no you can't not gain 10-15lbs and drop 5-6% body fat in 6 weeks, unless your some kind of gentic freak, you can drop 5-6% bodyfat in that time peroid. But your not doing to train any weight, MAYBE 1-2lbs of LBM. If your diet in really dialed in for you.

    AS silverfox said, there is not way you can gain 10-15lbs and drop 5-6% BF in that short of a time, i would aim at just keeping all of your lean muscle tissue you have now, good luck...XXL

    So what you guys are telling me is there is no way to gain mass while dieting and taking T3 and clen , even if I work out like a mad man. So do I have this right, the AAS while on a T3/clen cycle is just to stop catabolisim. There is no way to gain mass while using T3.

    I have 1 question: if you start your cycle early Jan you will be finished in mid to late Feb. why get ripped in the middle of winter? I'm just curious dude.

    I was planning on staying ripped, not geting ripped, then fat.

    It really depends on how fat you are. THe fatter you are, the easier it is to drop the weight, but if your trying to go from 10-11% down to 5-6% bf, while gaining 15lbs of mass, well then good luck bro!
