Strength gains on D-bol first time?
What wer your strength gains on D-bol the first time you used it as a kick starter? how much strength/size did you put on? Is adding 25lbs on most of my lifts in 4 weeks to much to ask?

Oh by the way I was thinking 40mg a day split up into morning and bed time.

only dbols? youll gain some strength but not at its full potential dbol only. 25 mg a day your looking at a decent increase in strenght like I know when I took 25, I gained about 50 pounds on my bench. 40 would be some better gains.

welcome! well to
be honest 90% of people will say dont do it on its own, i started d-bols on there own along with a whole host of gym users, it effects people different but the strenght gains are good, i have a really good diet and cardio regieme and i held most if not all of my gains off my first cycle of d-bols, my second cycle was d-bol with winni (both oral) and giess what i got bigger and stronger and yes i kept it all, and yes i get my liver checked and its fine, i wouldnt recomened just doing orals but from my experiance i only speak highly of them. hope it helps

I had pretty big gains with dbol , bench went up about 75lbs in 4 weeks. I was using test e as well. But beware of the water weight, dbol can make you gain crazy weight but it is not lbm.
