Help with Cycles for a travelling Consultant
Hi brothers,
i have recently registered to be a member after reading this forum for about a month and i'm amazed by the information you guys have.
I need some help in choosing which cycle would best suit me i intend to put on about 20 - 30 pounds in the next 5 month as i'm getting married, and retain the same;
A little about me
Sex - Male
ht - 5'9"
Wt - 145 lbs
Age - 31yrs
BF - 10%
been working out in the gym for the past one year. taken breaks twice during the year (20 days each) i travell all over the country so i get to excercise in the hotel gyms
1. i've been thinking of doing a inject and a pill cycle as i understand pills only are bad for the liver(wat combination wud be good)
2. what retention should i follow to not loose the muscle gains?
3. what PCT would be the best
i did read the cycles that you have listed - but was not sure if it would work for me as i have been working out in the gym for little over a year and i travel a lot.
Would appreciate any input from you guys and thx in advance

Welcome.
You should train and diet till you begin to approach your natural potential before you consider starting a cycle.

you should be able to get higher than 145 lbs naturally with good bulking diet and heavy lifting

At 5'9" you could easily get another 20lbs or more naturally with the right diet and training.

would you think a 5 month period would be enough to gain 20lbs - if i follow a strict diet and training
probably intense training for 4 days a week

depnds on diet and hard work i mean think about it on aas it takes 4 months to get them results so at a natural level it would seem that it would only take longer i would think
