sorry for posting this in the steriods questions section, but no one seems to be replying to posts latley, all every body does is just read them. but heres my question???
Just picked up some Taurin, L-glutamin and creatine,
what is the best way to take these three

Take your gultamine and taurine with creatine together. Say, after your workout take 2-3g of taurine and 10g of gultamine along with 5-10g of creatine. These dosages could be different if you take your creatine more than once per day.
2g of T, 5g L-G and 5g C after your workout with carbs and protien.

I was told to take my creatine before my workout, about 1 hour....Is this wrong?
Nothing wrong with taking it pre-workout, it just gets absorbed better post-workout. I take it in the morning and post-workout.
