Anyone know the dose of T3 to increse protien absorption? I have heard 25mcg and 50mcg per day. Has anyone tried this does it actually help while on a cycle?

Most people, when bulking will take no more than 25mcg. Any more and the catabolicness of T3 will outweigh its protien synthesis benifit.

i really think it does vary from person to person a lot more than most things because everyone's thyroid is active at different levels... 25 mcg is a pretty safe dose tho to try.
