    WTF - shaky muscles...

    Did this ever happen to you?
    My muscles are super shaky now. I mean especially legs. If I try and hold the squat position (no weights) halfway - I start shake like hell. I do bench pressing, my arms shake... what is this????

    Are you on any meds? Juice? Special diet? Dehydrated somehow?

    No juice, I'm starting next week. HAd a 2 month break. No meds.. no special diet...

    I get that way when I drink alot of liquor - the next day i'm shaking all over. I drink a few drinks and it goes away. Try Vodka! j/k

    I get shaky during workouts when my nutrition is off - not getting enough carbs. Have you made any changes in your diet or routine lately? What if anything has changed since you started noticing the shakiness? Anything in your diet or routine that you can think of? Any other symptoms?
