    Question Bulk or Cut first?

    I am about 25 pounds overweight. Most of the extra weight is around my abdominal area. My question is before I start my cycle, should I lose the weight first or do the cycle, then trim down? Or does it not matter either way?

    id lose the weight first, cut and then bulk, but thats just me

    either way i would say...doesn really matter...
    if you feel better cutting up and then bulking...go ahead...if not..bulk...get huge...the focus on making yourslef toner, and more cut...

    I'd cut first. I don't like excess fat though, in fact I doubt anybody hates fat less than I.

    well for you cut first then bulk, but for people who are in like 10 % bf they would probably wanna bulk first, and then cut the excess BF from the bulking

    Even though most people are recommending you cut first, I have personally dropped my body fat 3% and I am bulking.

    I would trim down naturally first, get your diet and training in order, do pleanty of cardio and then go for the bulk.

    What is your bf ironman? 25 pounds overweight at 200 is about 12% bf and thats not bad if you look at it that way. But I dont see the point in being big if I am fat so I would cut first.

    drop a few pounds before getting on the juice bro. in my experience, you can either cut up, or bulk up, cant do both at once. lose the xtra weight first so that you can see all that hard earned muscle your gonna get.
