Make sure you have all the necessary ancillaries when running DNP is all I can tell you (vitamins, fruits, lots of water, etc.)
yeh man thanks for the warning but ive been readin about it for the past month and yeh i got the water goin on the antitoxants, vitamins, minerals, fans by the bed lol seriously i appreciate u posting for ur concern do u guys think i should stck with a 7 day cycle or go with a 10 or see how i feel by the end of the week to see if i can keep going
first time go with 7. then later on try 10 if you think you can handle it. Slide!
