    help !!

    ok im on my 4 week of a sus cycle.......im doing 15 amps total.....evry fourth day......but now i changed it im doing 4 half cc's in between days.... of deca ....... i don tsee any gains yet ??/ im eating right......i go to the gym 4 days on 1 off.... i do 2 muscles for about ahour each ???can someone help me ........and i looking into my second cycle ..what would be a good stack for mass .........?????

    and is it tru winny depot is shot evry day ??

    Sus and Deca should be kicking in now they usually kick in around weeks 3-4. You haven't even gained any water weight? What does your diet look like? Yes, its true winny depot is shot everyday but you can also drink it to reduce the volume of injections. Second cycle for mass? I'd suggest Test/EQ/Winny maybe some Dbol at the start.

    like how much bigger should i look ????/

    i do alittle not much

    likehow much weight should i put on off that and when should i start notcing

    i have noticed strenth gains except fro chest ??

    Everyone is different
    but from my deca /Test cycles i gained around 20 lbs
    I did a sust only cycle and got about the same.
    Make damn sure your Gear is real. NJ is right deca starts working for most around week 4, Sust works for me at least around 2-3. Im very sensitive to test.

    my stuff is real ......is that 20 lbs muscle or all together??

    Well the deca /Test cycle was more quality and less water for me. I only lost 2-3 lbs after my clomid. Sust i lost about 5-6 lbs. And remeber the more water you drink the less you will retain. So all in all about 15 lbs of muscle.

    like hown much strength should i hav egained ...if i curled 25 how mu h would i move up to ??

    like i dont have roid rage .....or anything ....it dosnt feel like its in me really

    my balls shrunk though...

    but yea i feel abit stronger but nothing crazzzy

    everyone is different you may need more time for it to hit you.
    As far as your Strength goin up i cant tell you how much it will raise as well. I can tell you once it hits you it will be noticible. Sorry i cant be more specific on that but everyone is truly different.
    Are you eating enough calories and protien ???
    You need around 4000 plus(cals)
    over 200 grams of protien.
    After all that i would really question if your juice is real. There is a ton of fake shit everywhere.

    but would it be just as noticible for my chest as biceps..... like evrythingseems stronger..... but my chest

    my diet

    breakfeast oatmeal 4 eggwhites toast juice and a fruiit ...lunch chicken with eiter potatoes and rice or pasta ..supper...usually steak ..pork chops .....salad usually...but in between that im always eating ....like fruits toast and peaunut butter .....and i obviously have my protein shake
